City of Cupertino 2025 BMR Waitlist Application

For more information regarding eligibility please visit either the BMR Rental or the BMR Ownership page. Households are welcome to apply to both the BMR Rental and BMR Ownership waitlists; however, applications must be submitted separately for the Rental and Ownership waitlist. Please note that if you are currently on either of the 2024 waitlists, you are required to re-apply to each individual waitlist each year.

As a reminder, Applicants can receive up to a maximum of 4 points based on the criteria below:

One Point: At least one member of the household must currently maintain a primary residence at an address located within Cupertino.

Two Points: At least one member of the household must: Work for wages or salary within the boundaries Cupertino; or Own or operate a business in Cupertino; or Perform contract or commission work where the actual work is conducted at a Cupertino location.

One Additional Point: At least one member of the household must work for wages or salary for a public agency within the boundaries of Cupertino. (e.g.: Cupertino Unified School District (Cupertino schools only), City of Cupertino)

If you require a paper application, please reach out via email or phone (415) 301.5448 to have a paper application emailed or mailed to you. As a reminder, all applications must be received by October 31, 2024, in order to be placed into the 2025 Waitlist.
