Rise Housing Solutions is pleased to be administering and monitoring the City of Alameda’s Below-Market-Rate (BMR) Program and Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program on behalf of the City of Alameda. As part of our program management activities, we will assist existing homeowners interested in selling, refinancing, paying off their DPA loan, and making capital improvements to their homes.
